How can I place an order?

You can buy all our products directly from our store, please browse our shop to find the perfect match for your Apple device.

We also sell our entire product range through various channels, making sure they are easily accessible to you.

When will I receive my order?

We use Royal Mail recorded delivery service as our standard free delivery service, and delivery of your product will usually take 1-3 working days. You can always contact us for estimated delivery date before placing an order.

You will receive a confirmation dispatch email once the item has been passed on to the couriers, please note that it may occasionally take 24 hours to receive your dispatch confirmation due to system errors.

Please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel otherwise you will be left a calling card, where you will be given the option to rearrange delivery for another day or alternatively collect the parcel from your local post office/sorting/delivery office.

For next working day delivery place your order before 3.00pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 3.00pm on Thursday - before 3.00pm on Friday will arrive Monday.

Orders placed after 3.00pm Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

Do you offer Free Delivery?

We are committed to bring our products to everyone around the world. Our shipping service delivers to most countries in the world and is dedicated to meet all your shipping needs.

We offer Free UK wide delivery service. Where our standard delivery service (free delivery) has been selected, we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3.00pm (Monday to Friday) same-day, orders placed after 5.00pm will be dispatched the next working day (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery, for deliveries outside UK, delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.

Royal Mail Airmail service will be used to post your package. Delivery time is typically 3-10 working days. Orders placed on a UK public holiday may be slightly delayed. You can always contact us for estimated delivery date before placing an order.

How do I track my package?

All orders are trackable directly from your account, click my account to view your recent orders and available tracking number if your product has been dispatched. You can always contact us, if you are having any difficulties tracking your package.

I have not received my order, help?

If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your dispatch notification email and you are not able to obtain any information from the tracking code provided, please contact us, we will investigate the issue and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible or provide an acceptable alternative to solve the problem. All orders are trackable directly from your account, click my account to view your recent orders and available tracking number if your product has been dispatched. 

How do I cancel an order?

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact us to cancel your order. If your product has already been shipped then it may not be reversible and must then be returned for a refund (please check our Returns information page). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.

How do I return a product?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase or you have purchased in error, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase if the product was purchased from our online store (more-case.co.uk).

Only items purchased directly from more-case.co.uk will be accepted. For products purchased from Authorised resellers, please get in touch with them directly for their returns policy.

  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories.
  • Returns made without a receipt (or without a valid proof of purchase) may be refused. We reserve the right to deny any return.
  • Upon receipt of your product, refunds are completed within 2-8 days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment.
  • If you no longer want an unopened/unused product (within 30 days of purchase), we will refund the value of the returned product to your original method of payment (returns postage to be paid by the customer).

My product is faulty, how do I return it back?

If you would like to return the product because it is found to be defective, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase if the product was purchased from our online store (more-case.co.uk).

Only items purchased directly from more-case.co.uk will be accepted. For products purchased from Authorised resellers, please get in touch with them directly for their returns policy.

  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories. 
  • Returns made without a receipt (or without a valid proof of purchase) may be refused. We reserve the right to deny any return.
  • Upon receipt of your product, refunds are completed within 2-8 days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment.
  • For returned products, a full refund will be credited for defective products. If the product is found to be non-defective upon inspection, refund will exclude all shipping and handling fees and we reserve the right to deny your return.

What is your exchange policy?

If you would like to return the product for exchange, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase if the product was purchased from our online store (more-case.co.uk).

Only items purchased directly from more-case.co.uk will be accepted. For products purchased from Authorised resellers, please get in touch with them directly for their returns policy.

  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories.
  • Returns postage to be paid by the Customer.

  • Upon receipt of your product, replacement product will be shipped within 2-5 days depending on the availability of the product.
  • For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
