Returns - Unwanted Products

If you are not completely happy with your purchase or you have purchased in error, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase if the product was purchased from our online store (more-case.co.uk).

Only items purchased directly from more-case.co.uk will be accepted. For products purchased from Authorised resellers, please get in touch with them directly for their returns policy.

  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories.
  • Returns made without a receipt (or without a valid proof of purchase) may be refused. We reserve the right to deny any return.
  • Upon receipt of your product, refunds are completed within 2-8 days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment.
  • If you no longer want an unopened/unused product (within 30 days of purchase), we will refund the value of the returned product to your original method of payment (returns postage to be paid by the customer).

Contact us to notify us that you would like to return the product using the form below, please include your order number, product code and a detailed explanation of reason of return. If you are a registered customer, you will find all necessary details by logging in to your account. We will get back within 48 hours ( excluding weekends) to acknowledge your request and if your request is authorised, we will forward a RMA number along with further instructions on what to do next. 

*Please note: We do not accept any returns without a valid RMA number, therefore you will need to contact us before you send anything back to us.

Returns - Faulty Products

If you would like to return the product because it is found to be defective, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase if the product was purchased from our online store (more-case.co.uk).

  • For returned products, a full refund will be credited for defective products. If the product is found to be non-defective upon inspection, refund will exclude all shipping and handling fees and we reserve the right to deny your return.

Returns - Exchange

If you would like to return the product for exchange, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase if the product was purchased from our online store (more-case.co.uk).

  • Returns postage to be paid by the Customer.
  • Returns made without a receipt (or without a valid proof of purchase) may be refused. We reserve the right to deny any return.
  • Upon receipt of your product, replacement product will be shipped within 2-5 days depending on the availability of the product.
  • For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

    Packaging your return:

    All products must be in a saleable condition and returned in their original packaging as arrived. Please note, with the exception of faulty products, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.

    Documentation:

    In the package, please include your original sales receipt with your order number along with provided RMA number. This will enable us to process your return more efficiently.

    Proof of posting:

    Please remember to ask the post office / courier company for your proof of posting certificate and keep it for your reference along with any tracking reference. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, if the product is damaged or defective. If the returned product is lost, we cannot be held liable therefore please make sure appropriate postal service is used to ensure arrival of the product.

    Returns inspection period:

    We will send a confirmation email to let you know when your refund or your replacement product has been dispatched. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of receiving your package. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to show up in your account depending on the payment network.
