More® Products Limited 90-Days Warranty

What / Who is covered under More® Warranty? (Please check our returns policy if you have purchased your product within the last 30 days)

Limited 90-Days warranty covers only the original end purchaser for 90 days of purchase and it is not transferable. We will strictly require an original or copy of genuine sales receipt (email confirmation/sales copy for online sales) obtained from our online store (more-case.co.uk or other affiliated stores) or our Authorised retailers (please check our updated list of Authorised retailers or contact us before purchase). Our limited warranty does not cover any products purchased from sellers who are not Authorised to sell our products, you will need to get in contact with the seller directly for their own terms of sale and warranty.

More® Products warrants that the product purchased from our online store (more-case.co.uk or other affiliated stores) or our Authorised retailers (please check our updated list of Authorised retailers or contact us before purchase) will be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage for a period of 90 days strictly from the date of original purchase.

What is not covered under More® Warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse of the product
  • Unauthorised modification and mishandling
  • Accidental damage, lack of care

How to make a Warranty Claim?

In order to a begin a warranty claim, please contact using the form below, we will get back to you within 48 hours with further details to start your warranty claim. Please state the original date of purchase when contacting us, and provide a detailed explanation of the defect along with your order number if the product was purchased directly from more-case.co.uk. Please be aware that we would usually require photographic evidence before authorising the claim and if the product was purchase from an Authorised reseller, we will require sales receipt, full name and date of purchase.
